Sattva Wellness Conclave

Content Planning:
In collaboration with the event organizers, we outlined a strategic plan for documenting the conclave’s multiple sessions, workshops, keynote speakers, and attendee interactions. We ensured our visual approach would reflect the calm, mindful atmosphere of the event while maintaining a dynamic flow to showcase its energy. Detailed planning was crucial to guarantee we captured every moment of the event’s diverse programming.

Production:
Our team was responsible for high-quality photography and cinematic videography throughout the event. We captured speakers, panel discussions, and networking moments, using both static shots and dynamic motion to tell the full story. We used gimbal shots for smooth event walkthroughs and aerial footage to capture the large-scale sessions, while our photography team focused on intimate moments, detailed shots, and expressions that resonated with the event's mindfulness-driven message.

Post Production:
After the event, we provided photo editing and video editing to ensure that every piece of content was polished and consistent with the event’s branding. The photographs were color-corrected, retouched, and enhanced to maintain natural light and mood. Our video editing involved cutting dynamic recap reels, panel discussions, and highlight clips, all with precise color grading, smooth transitions, and background music that matched the wellness vibe of the conclave.
