Nasscom GCC Summit Roadshow

Content Planning:
We worked closely with the NASSCOM team to understand the event’s objectives, key themes, and branding guidelines. Our planning focused on creating a cohesive content strategy that included high-quality photography and impactful video coverage for promotions, recaps, and digital storytelling. We identified key sessions, speaker highlights, and networking moments that would shape the narrative of the final content.

Photography:
Our photography team documented every essential moment—from speaker sessions and expert panels to branding installations and delegate interactions. The images were framed to reflect the summit’s corporate prestige, engaged audience, and collaborative spirit. With a focus on sharpness, ambient lighting, and natural emotion, we created a visual collection that could serve both editorial and promotional use.

Videography & Promotional Videos
In parallel, our video team captured cinematic footage of the event using gimbals, zoom lenses, and wide-angle shots. We created promo videos, recap reels, and social snippets that highlighted the summit’s energy, key takeaways, and behind-the-scenes moments. Each video was enhanced with branded motion graphics, dynamic transitions, and music tailored to the corporate tone.

Post Production:
We delivered a polished content package that included professionally color-graded photos, 60-90 second highlight videos, short vertical reels for social media, and teaser clips for future event promotion. The content maintained brand integrity, clarity, and storytelling impact—perfectly aligned with NASSCOM’s standards.

Lessons Learned:
The GCC Summit Roadshow project emphasized the power of combining still and motion content to tell a complete story. We refined our skills in balancing speed with quality, especially under time-sensitive delivery for social media promotions and next-day edits.
