Content Planning:
We worked closely with the TTPOC organizing committee to understand the event goals, theme, and key segments. From conceptualizing the event’s visual tone to planning brand placements and media angles, we developed a structured plan for design consistency and complete media coverage, ensuring every stage of the event would be visually engaging and well-documented.

Production:
Our design team created a full set of event collaterals—including stage backdrops, speaker cards, presentations, banners, digital invites, and social media creatives. Simultaneously, our media crew was on-ground capturing high-quality photos and cinematic video footage, covering keynotes, panel discussions, networking sessions, crowd interactions, and ambiance in real-time.

Post Production:
All media was processed with a focus on sharpness, color consistency, and brand alignment. We delivered a full photo album, highlight reels, speaker bytes, and social-ready clips, while also designing post-event creatives for thank you notes, event recaps, and promotional materials for future editions. The visuals served both as event documentation and promotional assets.

Lessons Learned:
Handling the event from both a design and media perspective helped us sharpen our ability to maintain brand consistency across all touchpoints. It reinforced our expertise in managing large-scale events with a multi-departmental workflow and delivering premium results under tight timelines.
