Content Planning:
Ahead of the event, we coordinated with the NASSCOM team to understand the flow of sessions, key speaker appearances, VIP movement, and branding elements across the venue. Our focus was to craft a visual approach that aligned with the event’s sophisticated setting while emphasizing the innovation-driven narrative NASSCOM is known for. We scouted the venue layout at The Leela Palace to plan lighting techniques and camera positions for maximum visual impact.
Photography:
Using professional gear and fast prime lenses, our photographers captured crisp, high-resolution images throughout the day—from keynote sessions and panel discussions to networking moments and candid speaker shots. Each image was framed to reflect the grandeur of the venue, the professional tone of the event, and the prestige of the guests and speakers. Our discreet yet responsive approach allowed us to cover every essential moment without intruding on the natural flow of the event.
Post Production:
We delivered a polished collection of professionally retouched images, color-graded to maintain warmth, contrast, and consistency across all lighting conditions.
