JET INFLUENCERS Summit 2024

Content Planning:
For the Jet Influencers Summit 2024, we collaborated closely with the organizers to understand the event’s format, speaker lineup, branding needs, and visual goals. Our pre-event planning included mapping camera positions, lighting zones, and graphic design templates. We also developed a shot list and storyboard to ensure we captured keynote moments, panel sessions, networking exchanges, and branded spaces—all aligned with the summit’s digital-forward personality.

Production:
Our team managed comprehensive photography and videography coverage, capturing both wide and intimate shots across multiple sessions. We ensured that every critical moment—from influencer interactions to speaker deliveries and brand installations—was professionally documented. The videography included gimbal and static setups for fluid coverage, while photography focused on expressions, energy, and corporate professionalism.

Post Production:
The post-production phase involved advanced editing, precise color grading, and crafting a suite of deliverables: highlight reels, speaker cutdowns, social media edits, and event recap videos. Our graphic design team simultaneously worked on event-based creatives, including digital posters, speaker slides, and branded visual assets for post-event promotions. Each asset maintained consistency with the event’s branding while elevating its overall visual identity.

Lessons Learned:
Covering the Jet Influencers Summit taught us the value of multi-disciplinary execution in fast-paced environments. Combining creative design, content capture, and real-time adaptability helped us refine how we approach corporate events holistically. It also reinforced the importance of storytelling, not just through visuals, but through seamless branding integration across all content.
